Terms of use
Last updated October 2026
These terms cover the use of CampusOne by the schools that run on it and by the people those schools give accounts to. A school may add its own rules for its families and staff, and those rules apply alongside these.
Your account
Accounts are issued by a school, not chosen by the person using it.
- Keep your password to yourself; anything done with your account is treated as yours.
- Use the account for the school's own business, not for anything else.
- Tell your school office at once if you think someone else has your details.
The school's own records
The school is responsible for what it enters and publishes: its learners' details, its marks, attendance, fees, notices and documents. CampusOne provides the platform, keeps it running, and follows the school's instructions about its records.
Using the platform fairly
CampusOne is shared by many schools, so a few things are simply out of bounds.
- Do not try to open another school's records or another family's record.
- Do not upload anything unlawful, or anything you have no right to share.
- Do not attempt to break, overload or work around the platform's security.
Availability, and changes
The platform is kept available and supported as a service, and it improves over time; a screen may change as it does. A school's plan, its billing cycle and its learner and staff limits are agreed with CampusOne, and a school can ask to change its plan at any time.
These terms may be updated as the platform changes. The date at the top says when they last were.
A school's own records are kept for that school alone. For anything about a learner, a bill or a report, the school office is the right place to ask — they hold the record and decide who may see it.
