CampusOne is a school management platform. Each school that uses it decides what goes into its records; CampusOne stores and processes those records for that school, and this page explains what that means in plain words.
What is held
The records a school enters: its learners and their guardians, its staff, classes and subjects, attendance, marks and reports, its fee records and the notices it publishes. Alongside these sit the sign-in details of the people the school has given an account to.
Who can see it
Access follows the school's own structure. A guardian sees their own children's attendance, marks, reports and fee records; a learner sees their own; a teacher sees the classes they teach; a school administrator sees their school; the platform's own administrators see the platform.
- A person's records belong to one school, and no other school can read them.
- Roles are set by the school, and a role only opens the screens it needs.
- School data is never sold, and it is never used for advertising.
Files and documents
Documents uploaded to a school's library are held privately. When someone opens one, it is handed to them through a link that is signed for that reader and expires shortly after, so a file is never simply sitting on a public address.
Your own choices
Ask your school office for access to your record, for a correction, or for a copy. The school holds the record and decides these requests. Anything about the platform itself — a question, a concern, or a request to close an account — can be raised with CampusOne.
A school's own records are kept for that school alone. For anything about a learner, a bill or a report, the school office is the right place to ask — they hold the record and decide who may see it.
